Project reports have wrong order of run test steps in ALM v11.52

We have the problem that the run test steps in a project reports have the wrong order.
Instead of starting with test step 1 and ending with test step n (where n list is the last test step) the report starts with test step n and ends with test step 1.

This is a know issue in versions 11.5x and 12.x.(QCCR1J75553) this has been reported to HP and being investigated further.
