What I want to do is to be able to provide a hyperlink that when clicked will do the following:
– Open Project (Prompts for user login as standard)
– Opens the Requirement/Test/Defect as specified at a folder level say
– Load a filter/favorate to show only what the user wanted

Say you have the following you want…Project A, Requirement Folder 1, Filter/Favorite Release 2 only.

I am thinking I can use the hyperlink format used when an email is sent to a user. I am trying to find out the hyperlink format for email links in ALM.
Meaning in ALM I can "Send" a Requirement/Test/Defect etc. and the user receives an email with a hyperlink that when clicked opens ALM – Logs in the user – takes the user to the Requirement/Test/Defect specified.

What I want to do is know what this format for this link…what is required and what options there are. My goal is to create a hyperlink that Knows the project, the Requirement/Test/Defect AND will allow me to load a filter/favorite as noted above.
Any Suggestions on this process?
