Save-As Error

On the new windows 7. . .our script has always clicked the "SAVE AS" button to save our XML’s; however, on the new windows 7 machines the changed the save options. Now the options are "Open", "Save" and "Cancel". However, I can’t get QTP to tell the differance between the box it self and the three buttons. Could I be missing a patch for Windows 7 or is there a work around?
