Here are some useful tips for getting answers/help faster.
All are relevant, but maybe not all in your particular case.
1. Describe your problem/error as best as possible. Too much information is better than too little.
2. Specify the LoadRunner/Performance Center version and patches in use, many issues are specific to a version or fixed in newer versions.
3. Mention the script protocol used and the type of application to test. Web(http/html) and TruClient have very different problems.
4. Tell us what you have done to try and fix the issue.
5. Attach a screenshot of the error, this often gives the best understanding.
6. Send the complete error message, include all the details
7. Send Log-files, or snippets of it. The exact error gives better understanding, then ''It fails''
