Homerj,
HP has provided an easy way to do what you are accomplishing. From the main landing page for your installation () you would select the Tools option and the link will open a page to HP's support site for downloading add-in and support tools for the HP installation. You then obtain the MSI Generator tool and install it on your system/ There is a also the manual for this tool to download and discover the uses of the various functionality, Having installed the tool, just run it and input the specifics regarding your system and select the option desired (shared deployment location, etc). Next select the location to save the file generated and complete the creation of the MSI. This is now a complete package that your IT department can push out to the clients PC to have the files already downloaded and installed. ***Please note that these files are specific to your particular installation and version/build number, so that each time your installation is patched a new MSI must be generated and pushed to the clients for the usage to continue to occur, without this happening the users will not have the latest files and will not be able to connect to the system.
Hope this helps,
Dan
