How do I get more regions in AWS

I’m using Amazon Web Services for some of my Load Generators. My issue is that when I try to provision these LGs, the only region that is available is the "US East (N. Virginia). How do I access the rest of the regions?

In AWS, go to your IAM Account Settings: https://console.aws.amazon.com/iam/home?region=us-east-1#account_settings Once there, scroll to lower section of the page. You will see each of the regions and what their current status is. They can be either Active, Always Active, or Inactive. To Activate or Deactivate a region, click on the Actions link associated with a region. Marked as spam
