License configuration problem

We are facing a typical issue on of the system regarding the UFT. On Launching UFT we are getting a pop up saying "License Configuration Problem" some of the license configuration files are corrupted.See logs for more details

Have looked to see if you have a corrupted LicenseSettings.xml and it needs to be restored. HPE document (KM02123386)[https://softwaresupport.softwaregrp.com/group/softwaresupport/search-result/-/facetsearch/document/KM02123386] has quick procedure. However, if you have to rebuild the file HPE document provides the elements that are required. Steps to restore file 1. Copy file from binLicenseSettings.xml --- Marked as spam
