object reference not set to AN instance of an object error in ALM 12.2

Hi All, once of the user in our group is getting object reference not set to an instance of an object error when ever user ties to open run step attachments. I removed her from the ALM and re-added but still the same error. (user is on windows 10 IE 11) How to fix it ? Please help we are on ALM 12.2

This happens due to an issue with Office registry. Manually adding it in should resolve the problem. 1. Go to Run and enter ''regedit'' If the above does not help, try to create a 1033 directory under the Microsoft OfficeOffice1x directory then copy excel.exe to the 1033 directory and Marked as spam
