Hello, we are currently using ALM v12.60 with UFT v14.03.3501 (No Patch), and we are receiving the error message "User is currently not associated with any project" when trying to connect to ALM through UFT. We have installed the TDConnectivity and registered the ALM client on the UFT machine, but we are still unable to connect the two applications. Can you help me with this?

Hello. I have seen this very same issue in my test environment, and the reason you are receiving this error, is because UFT 14.03.3501 (No Patch), 14.03.3652 (Patch 1) and 14.03.3745 (Patch 2) aren't supported by ALM v12.60. According to the product availability matrix for UFT 14.xx, you need to have at least patch 3 installed on UFT v14.03, in order to use ALM v12.60. The issue was resolved by installing patch 3 on the UFT machine. I hope this helps! Marked as spam
