UFT throws General run error for Browser object with descriptive programming

UFT version: 14.03 build 3501 While trying to access the browser object using descriptive programming, the following 'General Error' comes up.

It sounds like the installation may have become corrupt. You are getting a ClassFactory error, which usually means UFT is not able to find the library to instantiate the object class. Please try doing a clean uninstall: How to do a clean uninstall: https://softwaresupport.softwaregrp.com/doc/KM00319750 Once completely cleaned, please re-install again and test. Marked as spam
