I have projects A and B, and I would like to find out who is accessing project A, and who is accessing project B. I would also like to know who is accessing both projects A and B at any given time. How can I do this?

When I try to access ALM, I am receiving the following error message. Error: Shared deployment folder is not synchronized with the server. Installation aborted. Contact your system administrator. Can you please assist me with this issue?

Hi, We recently moved to a different server for QC and now on this server we are unable to access file system to navigate across projects and their scripts whereas for our earlier server we are able to do the same. We used Filezilla to access the FTP using our Admin credentials.
