I've a working REST API script for creating a defect. But we have a requirement that attachment need to added to the defect while creating it. Can anyone please help on this.

Support, I am prepping for an upgrade to 12.50, I already have the VM per the required specs, and I have our last upgrade to 11.52 best practice doc to help. Please offer any advise or best practice docs that can assist me with my upgrade to 12.50.
