Hi, I have been working in HPALM 10,11, and lately 12.X. I am interested in taking the certification exam of HPALM12. Can anybody suggest/give me steps/instruction on how to proceed ahead and prepare for the exam? I found some materials in web/hp site but its puzzling me on how/where to start. Pleas...
