Our team is getting ready to install LoadRunner Enterprise 2020 SP2.  We are planning to use SQL.  I'm being told that the sysadmin cannot have access rights to create SQL databases. If it is required, they may grant elevated privileges.  Does anyone know if this be an issue? Any help would be great...
