I am using the UFT Mobile Add-in for Local device to test my iOS Mobile Devices and my developer downloaded the iOS Enabler from the ADM Marketplace, but it is not working on his Mac Machine. What is wrong?

I can connect my Android device to UFT Mobile 3.30 and perform all of the following operations: Restart/Reconnect, View Mobile Center Agent details. However, I am unable to see the Remote Viewer when I click on Open. What could be wrong?

I recently upgraded my Mobile Center server from Mobile Center 3.00 to Mobile Center 3.20. However, my iOS devices are not connecting to Mobile Center as I don't see the Agent or Agent Launcher applications being loaded on the actual devices. What have I done wrong?
