I have a UFT seat license. Does that support Citrix Virtualization? What if I had a concurrent license?

We installed the seat license key for UFT 12.02 but getting license error. But if we open the UFT as an adminstrator we are able to open and see all the add-ins as licensed. Please rectify the issue at the earliest. Error: `This machine does not have a valid Unified Functional Testing license.`
