UFT plays back scripts against our website very slowly but is fine for other applications. What can I do to speed it up?

The issue is not with the script itself....it is with the amount of time that it is taking to load the script in to UFT from ALM. It is taking an exorbitant amount of time (> 5 mins). When using Edge to run the same tests I run on IE, I've noticed it is a bit slower. Does anyone know why this is? I thought Edge was supposed to be faster than IE.

I have PC takes 15+ minutes for QTP to open for the first time after the PC has been restarted. After it has been started up once, if it is closed any following opening of QTP doesnt take nearly as long. Any thoughts as to what can be done to resolve this?

Anyone else experienceing this. After we installed ALM/QC Patch 06, our response time is REALLY slow. Take al long time to drill down through the folder structure in the Test Plans module. Thanks in advance.

I'm having an issue with QTP stalling at different locations through out my script. It will run through multiple lines of code and then stall for up to 5 minutes before moving on to another line. The script is fairly simple and is just a basic recording of a few actions. It stalls at different place...
