The ''Access is Denied'' message is usually caused because of DCOM permissions on the UFT machine that the script is trying to run on. Here are a few things that I would like to have you try:

On the UFT remote machine that you are trying to send the run TO, run the ''Additional Installation Requirements'' wizard for UFT, this can be found in the start menu under HP UFT or by searching the machine for ''Additional Installation Requirements'' then run the wizard (make sure that you select both ''Configure DCOM settings for ALM Integration'' and ''Configure DCOM settings for Automation Scrpts'') then click Run. Close the wizard then try running to the test again.
