Hello…I am experiencing an issue where action names are not displaying in test lab when I click a button after selecting a new test set that has been added in test lab. If the user clicks on the root folder, then returns to the new test set a second time, the actions will then display for each button clicked as expected. I am currently using ALM 11.52 patch 6.
Steps to recreate the issue – Access the Test Lab module and add a new test set to an existing folder. Highlight the new test set and click any of the buttons within the Test Lab module (Select Tests, Run, Run Test Set, etc.,) and none of the action names will display. Click on the Parent or Root folder, click back on the new test set, then the action names will display as expected when I click on any of the buttons. I appreciate your help with this. Thanks…
