We have been working on getting BPT set up for automated testing, we have provided access to the users, but the application is not working as expected. When we try to create a new BPT test in UFT, we receive the following error message – "user does not have Add permissions in the Test Plan module of the DOMAIN/Project. Contact your ALM administrator for support." Can you assist us with this issue?

It is very likely that the issue is due to the user group permissions that the affected user is in. Have one of the affected users log out of ALM and UFT, create a brand-new group based off of the TDAdmin group, remove any of the unnecessary permissions, and add the user to the new group. After you have saved the changes, have the user log back in on both machines and retest to see if the issue still exists.
