Admin password expired for Mobile Center

The Admin password I set when we installed mobile center has expired. I’m getting error 2912. How do I reset the password? It’s been less than a year that we installed mobile center, how often does the password need to be resent for the administrator

GoDawgs,

You will need to use the User Management tool to change your expired password.
That process is documented here:
https://admhelp.microfocus.com/mobilecenter/en/2.51-2.53/Content/user_Management_Scripts.htm

Also, please be sure you have enough memory to run the User Management Tool. I would recommend at least 8GB.
