All of a sudden, we are unable to attach Excel documents to test cases after they have already been created in ALM

The attach as 0 byte. This was not happening before 1:15 pm today.

Have you checked the Hard Drive used by the QC Server for the repository?
Look at any project in Site admin, see project ''directory'' at right - will see drive letter in path - this is ON THE QC SERVER PC.
This drive should have ample working space/free space for QC to operate properly.

Is it out of space?
