All UFT clients receive license error (Cannot consume license) even though I have licenses available.

UFT is receiving a license error on start up, even though the licensing wizard correctly sees and installs the concurrent license from the licensing server.
I upgraded from 9.1 to 9.3.4 just in case and no difference.
Multiple PCs, Users and versions of UFT (12.54 and 14.01) so it is not a user specific issue.

Error from AutoPass server logs:

> ERROR – Jan 20 23:10:09 – [com.hp.autopassj.ls.core.AutopassJServerManager
> :
> AutopassJServerManager.createAutopassJ]
> :: AutopassJ instance failed
> Error code : 5997
> Error message : No license is found in Memory
> Custom message : No licenses found in license file

I’ve tried the usual troubleshooting for this error from KB KM02325364 but nothing is working (lack of licenses, reservation setup, unsupported character on Windows username, license not renewed automatically).

This is no doubt a corruption of your AutoPass database. You'll want to follow these steps to reinitialize the database to a default state, reload your licenses, and redo any configurations:

I followed the steps to reset my database, and everything looks to be back to normal.
