Are there any known issues with ALM displaying properly on a Surface Pro? If so, are there any recommendations on how to adjust settings so ALM looks ok in IE 11 on a Surface Pro running Windows 10?

IE 11 does not work well for ALM on a Microsoft Surface Pro.
However, with the ALM Explorer installed on the MS Surface Pro ALM looks much better using the ALM Explorer.

Here is another solution for the Microsoft Surface Pro:

I got this figured out, thanks to some intense Googling. Pretty simple fix, it turns out. The Creator's update uninstalls some fonts. QC is having to substitute its missing font with the next closest thing, which doesn't quite work. To fix it, just go to Fonts in the Control Panel and click ''Download fonts for all languages,'' then reboot after giving it some time to download. After rebooting, Windows will install updates.
