Microsoft Windows Server 2012 R2 Standard 64 Bit is support with v11.52 Patch 2. Just recently released.

Have to take some extra steps though....
This is from the patch notes...

Requires changes in the file run_after_finish.bat from ALMInstallationWin64TARGETDIR before starting the installation:

1. Copy ''Win64'' folder from DVD ALMInstallation to target server machine.
2. Go to Win64TARGETDIR.
3. Make a backup copy of the file ''run_after_finish.bat''.
4. Open the file ''run_after_finish.bat'' to edit.
5. Edit the line rem set SKIP_VALIDATIONS=-wOsValidator -wLicenseTypeValidator to skip validations during server configuration as below:
From
rem set SKIP_VALIDATIONS=-wOsValidator -wLicenseTypeValidator
To
set SKIP_VALIDATIONS=-wOsValidator-wLicenseTypeValidator
6. Save file run_after_finish.bat.
7. Run Setup.msi from Win64.
