Server crashes sometimes for ALM email notifications failing to send some defects with history. Anyone else encountering this?

This is a bug in versions 11 and 11.5. HP is aware of the issue and will fix the bug in a future patch and/or version.

I have not seen this in the latest version, so you may want to look there first. Also, you can register for email updates on the HP support site. The QCCR number is 1J65710.

Can't upgrade yet, but planning to do in the next couple of quarters. I will look up the QCCR and register for the email notifications. thanks again.
