ALM emails notifications are no longer being sent after an upgrade

Hello. We recently upgraded our ALM server, and now of our notification emails are going out. It appears that our smtp service has either stopped or gotten hung somehow. Any assistance with this will be greatly appreciated!

Hello. Sometimes the SMTP process can get hung, and restarting the ALM service usually frees up the process, allowing emails to be sent from ALM. Try restarting the ALM service, then retest to see if the email notifications are being sent out after the reboot. I hope this helps. Marked as spam
