I have seen this issue before. It was resolved by uninstalling, then reinstalling the .NET on the affected machine. Try uninstalling, then reinstalling .NET on the affected machine to see if that resolves the issue. After you have reinstalled .NET on the affected machine, retest to see if the issue still occurs at login for the affected user. Marked as spam
