ALM Explorer opens split between the two screens in my dual monitor setup

When I open the ALM explorer on a workstation with a dual monitor setup it opens half on one screen and half on another. Is there anyway to fix this?

I found this Enhancement request on the Micro Focus knowledge base site. It looks like the issue where the ALM Explorer opens half on the screen has already been reported.
