ALM Explorer server not found message

Using ALM Explorer, when trying to connect to ALM server in a citrix environment, we get message "server not found". ALM works fine in IE but ALM Explorer gets this issue. Tried MSI shared deployment and issue persists.

Hello, HP suggests trying the following suggested fix from https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/kb/2549423 Method 2 is what you will want to try. 1. Start Registry Editor. HKEY_CURRENT_USERSOFTWAREMicrosoftWindowsCurrentVersionInternet Settings For a per-computer setting, locate the following registry key: HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINESOFTWAREMicrosoftWindowsCurrentVersionInternet Settings 3.
