ALM – hyperlink in memo field not clickable

In the workflow for test instances I’m auto-populating HTML code in a custom memo field.
In the Test Lab, looking at the Execution Grid, if I cick the drop-down to view the full content of the memo field, the text of what I want to be a hyperlink appears blue and underlined, but it does not operate as a hyperlink. Is there a configurable setting in Site Admin or anything in particular I need to do to make hyperlinks work in the memo field? The structure of the HTML is the basic link format:

Unfortunately, HP doe not provide QC with the functionality to place hyperlinks in the memo field.

However, the is a solution. You can use the attachment icon to add an the URL as an attachment of the type link.

Test instances that have attachments will have a ''paperclip'' icon in the first column.

DW is correct, the best option is to add a URL attachment.
