ALM Icon not showing correctly in system tray?

Hello,

We have an issue where the ALM icon within the system tray doesn’t show properly? The icon within the system tray is always reporting as being down ("off") even the services have been started and are running correctly. Any ideas as to why this is occurring and how to fix it?

Thanks,
HomerJ

HI HomerJ,
In the past not having the User Account Control (UAC) disabled within the control panel has created such differences in the reporting icon. It is recommended to go into control panel and then modify the UAC to the lowest setting ''Never Notify'' and this solution should fix the errant reporting.

Thanks,
Dan
