Hi All, 

One of our ALM users is facing issues intermittently in the Test run module. He is trying to execute some test cases through Manual Runner at the moment user receives a popup like ” One or more of the runs are locked”. Sometimes we could see the values in td.locks table and manually delete the entries using the delete command. 

select * from td.LOCKS where LK_USER = <UserName>

delete from td.LOCKS where LK_USER = <UserName>

Please note only one user alone facing this issue and for other users, the module is working fine. Also, he is facing this intermittently and sometimes it worked without exceptions. 

 Do you have any solutions/ suggestions to fix this error.?
