We are getting an error when trying to log into ALM Octane: "Application metadata could not be initialized" we are using on premise ALM Octane on an Oracle database

I have encountered this error before, make sure that your Oracle Database for ALM Octane is using the AL32UTF8 character set, This is the only character set the ALM octane supports with Oracle, ALM Octane and ''ALM.net'' CANNOT share the same database instance. Marked as spam
