ALM-PC 12.01 Maintenance

We are currently using Performance Center 12.01 with Windows 2012 Server R2.
We're running on huge data size and all our DB calls are taking more time.

Is there any recommended / proposed cleanup process for Performance Center 12.01?
Any thoughts would be great.

I recommend performing the following to help clean up your database in the following order:

1. Delete obsolete test runs from within Performance Center

2. Delete obsolete projects from within Performance Center

**** Before executing steps 3 through 5 below, wait 8 days for the ALM-PC Database to synchronize ****

1. Verify Domains and Projects

? You run the verification process to check the correctness of your data base user schema and data
? Review the ALM 12.01 Administrator Guide Verify Domains and Projects starting on page 115.
This guide has been uploaded to this case for reference.

2. Realign the Repository

? The realigning process verifies the integrity of the relationship between the logical and physical database tables.
? The realigning process performs the following actions:

§ If a file is indexed in the database but is not located in the file system, the index of the file is removed from the database.

§ If a file is stored in the file system but is not indexed in the database, the file is deleted from the file system.

? Review the ALM 12.01 Administrator Guide Realigning Repositories starting on page 86. This guide has been
uploaded to this case for reference.

5. Ask the DBA to reprofile / re-sequence / clean up the Oracle database

Also, please see the Performance Center Maintenance Routine link below to help maintain your ALM-PC environment:

I hope this helps
