The most common reason is the Installation type does not match the actual installation on the LG
Please try adding the LG machine again but this time select:
Name: -----the machine name of the LG- or the IP -------
1. Installation: ''Windows host'' (if the LG is a standalone installation then select ''Standalone LG''
2. Location: Default
3. PC MI Listener: None
4. Purpose: Load generator
5. Belong To Pool: General
6. *Priority: 4
7. Status: operational
8. Enable SSL: N
9. Host Attributes: ----blank---------
If this still error's out then please verify:
1. What PC patches are install on the LG?
a. In control panel-->programs and features. Select the ''view installed updates'' link
* Your installation should show 3 updates for
? HP Performance Center HOST 11.52
? HP Performance Center HOST 11.52 patch 1
? HP Performance Center HOST 11.52 patch 2
* All 3 are required
