What troubleshooting steps have you already tried? Typically one of the following will work in this scenario 1. Run IE as Administrator and then try connecting to ALM 2. Disable any Anit-Virus while the installing the client (you should beable reactivate afterward) 3. Make sure that UAC is disabled on the workstation Marked as spam
