ALM Robot – System Configuration Error

I have tried everything to get ALM Robot to run to no avail.
I am unable to get past the validation screen.
I am getting a System configuration issue on the host on the Source and Destination server connections.

Make sure you are using the correct syntax for the URL.
Use FORWARD slashes. http://server:port/qcbin

Windows users use BACK slashes.
When asked for Windows User name, you must include the domain name or host name.
For example: ServerNameJohnDoe OR DomainName JohnDoe. This user MUST be an administrator for the Server.

Yep, fat fingered the URL addresses, typed it instead of copy/paste. Used back slashes in URL.
