I cannot get passed the validation screen.

Here are a couple of things to look for. 1)Make sure you can log to both ALM servers from the machine running ALM Robot. 2) Make sure you register the client components from Tools / HP ALM Client Registration (site admin AND client). 3) Make sure you are using the correct syntax for the URL(forward slashes) and Windows User (back slashes).
