Once a project is corrupted there very few options.
The only reliable option is to restore the database/schema.
After you the project database is restored, be sure you are at the latest patch level before running the repair process.
Also, you can turn on the SA logs in DEBUG mode before attempting the repair again.
That way if the next attempt to repair fails again you will have detailed logs that will be helpful to HP if you escalate the issue.

remember to deactivate the project in SA before restoring the project database.
