ALM synchronizer not displaying queries from TFS when setting up synchronization.

We are trying to configure synchronization from TFS to ALM and limit the incoming bugs that are synced into ALM using a query from TFS, when we refresh the filter lists in synchronizer we do not see the query that we added in TFS, what is needed to make the query display in the synchronizer?

I have seen this happen before, a few things to check: First make sure that your query in TFS is specifically looking for the type of entity that you are trying to sync, i.e if you are syncing Product Backlog Items, make sure that this is the type of entity that your query is searching for.
