Receiving the following error while installing ALMv12 : The installation cannot continue. ALM version is already installed in this machine.

Navigate to C:Program FilesZero G Registry.
Open ''.com.zerog.registry.xml'' file in an xml editor.
If all the entries are for ALM, delete the file and try install again.
Otherwise, just delete the ALM entries.
Make a backup before editing or deleting.
