Any suggestions for tool which monitors overall test process and individual team members progress?

Our QA department is on a look out for a system or a tool which lets our QA head monitor the overall test process and also monitor individual team members progress.

HP Quality Center can do everything you are looking for. In HP Quality Center 10 there is a new module called Dashboard which will generate reports based on your specific needs. Quality Center 9.x Can do these reports as well but they are not housed in a specific module.

I've been using one of the test management tool named Zephyr, The main benefit is that compared to other test tools it is very flexible. It allows easy navigation thus facilitating quick jump between various projects and releases. And since all the data is instantly updated, it saves you the trouble of gathering status, organizing, beautifying and presenting them.

I checked into Zephyr once. I didn't like it much, I think HP Quality Center does a much better job.
