Attachments not opening for multiple users on a shared client machine

We have a shared client machine that many users utilize to run the QC client. Lately, a few users have been reporting that when logged into QC via this machine, that attachment files cannot be viewed. They get a File Not Found error. I can log in to the machine as an admin and do not have the issue. Attachments open just fine. This an older 32 XP machine, but it has worked fine in the past. No idea how long this issue has been going on. We got one report in and I asked if any others have the issue, and several said yes. Definitely seems to be an issue with this machine, but unsure of what to attempt to fix.
