Audit Users Added to Projects

Orasi, is there a way to find out which project admin added a user to a project or changed level of access? The Audit_Log table only shows deletion of a user from a project. It does not show adding or update of users. How can I determine who did that?

This information is not recorded in either the ALM Site Admin or Project databases. HP has confirmed this is a known issue and is already in the queue.
