Azure cloud LG issue with LoadRunner 12.55

When provisioning a Azure Cloud LG, it fails when we run LoadRunner’s AzureCaptureRole file to capture image (404 Resource Not Found). We can capture the image by clicking Capture in the New Azure portal, but it doesn’t show up in LoadRunner Controller when trying to provision a generator. This did in work in the old Classic Azure Portal; but, old Classic Azure Portal was depreciated last November for new provision , and we need to work with the New Azure Portal.

Microsoft Azure has change API calls and ports that are used to access their new Azure portal. Micro Focus R&D has created a hotfix to be applied to LoadRunner 12.55 to resolve this issue and will be added to future releases. If you need this hotfix, open a ticket with your LoadRunner support provider and reference the following ''QCCR1J96419'' number to obtain the patch. Marked as spam
