Here's a workaround:

1. Log into Autopass
2. Go to the license management where your currently installed licenses are displayed
3. Check one or more licenses you want to backup
4. You should see a little icon below that will allow you to export to Excel
5. Save the file
6. Open the file in Microsoft Excel
7. You will find each license key in a cell
8. Highlight the entire key in the cell, and copy and paste it into Notepad
9. Save the file with Save As with a filename.dat format. Make sure you change the Save as type to All Files.
10. Repeat for the other licenses
11. The .dat files can be imported into Autopass just like the ones you original had.
