Hi all,

has anyone experience with upgrading HP ALM 11.0 to ALM 12.2?
has anyone link or plan(document) for upgrading? I have read ALM Robot on internet? Anyone has got clear steps links or doc to upgrade? we want to put the HP AML 11.0 project(in production) to the new HP ALM 12.2 Test Server.

Hello Asir,
The installation/upgrade manual that is available for HP is very detailed and descriptive in upgrade procedures. It doesn't include the robot portion but that is available in a separate documents that can be downloaded. Of you have anything specific you may ask to clarify that or contact your support personnel directly for their recommendations on upgrade paths and best practices.
