Information Points are application wide and are a great way to track total sign-ins for an application, but it is not able to separate unique sign-ins from the value it gathers. To gather this indepth type of data it is recommended to turn on the Analytics feature that AppDynamics offers. This feature allows a much deeper dive into the data that is passing through your environment. It uses a separate technology that does all of the processing off of the server being monitored as to not increase the overhead.
