Hi, Im in a process of integrating /syncing ALM Octane 12.55.17 with ALM 12.53 Patch 1 in Linux server. ALM Octane and ALM.net are in two different servers. ALM.net license has been shared in between ALM Octane and ALM.net. I was looking at the documentation available at MF page but, I do not get clear picture to download "Synchronizer", "Integration Bridge", "Integration bridge Agent". Can Someone help me with steps and download link to Integrate ALM Octane 12.55.17 with ALM 12.53 Patch 1 please? Thank you in Advance.

If you are using an on premise (non SAAS) instance of Octane you would need to put in a support ticket with your support organization. You will need the installers for the integration bridge and octane sync, these are specific to version 12.55.17 so you will need those installers and guides. If you are on a saas instance then you can have your admin have SAAS support enable the synchronizer and then you can download a link to the integration bridge from the synchronizer page. The integration bridge and sync will each need to be installed on a dedicated linux machine. Marked as spam
